Tyler James is a Nashville based producer, songwriter, designer, & videographer. He self-released a number of DIY solo recordings in the 2000s before joining Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros in 2010. James went on to form the band Escondido with songwriter Jessica Maros in 2013. The duo's debut album, The Ghost of Escondido, gained critical acclaim and led to an appearance on Conan O'Brien and tours with bands like Lord Huron and The Staves. His songs and productions have been used in hundreds of TV shows, ad campaigns, and film soundtracks including HBO’s "Girls", NBC’s “This Is Us”, and ABC's 'Nashville'. Tyler currently works out of his home studio and tours as the keyboardist & bassist for the band The Lone Bellow.
